data-olk-copy-source=\"\u201cMessageBody\u201d\">In accordance with regulations, Nextpool Group companies publish their B Gender Equality IndexB annually.<\/span><\/p><p>This index, scored out of B 100 pointsB , is calculated based on several indicators, including pay gaps, individual raises, raises upon return from maternity leave, and the representation of women among the highest earners.<\/p><p><strong>Results for 2026:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Albig\u00e8s: 95 \/ 100<\/strong><br \/><strong>Pool Technologie: 82 \/ 100<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><span class=\"couleur-vert\">These results, both above the regulatory threshold of 75 points, demonstrate the attention paid by Nextpool Group companies to professional equality and pay equity.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>The company ASPOOL cannot publish an index for the year 2026, as the workforce in certain occupational categories is insufficient to allow for the calculation of indicators in accordance with the rules set forth by the regulations.<\/p><p>The Nextpool Group remains fully committed to a process of continuous improvement in the area of professional equality
