data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">De conformidad con la normativa, las empresas del Grupo Nextpool publican cada a\u00f1o su\u00a0<b>\u00cdndice de igualdad profesional entre mujeres y hombres<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Este \u00edndice, que se punt\u00faa sobre\u00a0<b>100 puntos<\/b>, se calcula a partir de varios indicadores relacionados, entre otras cosas, con las diferencias salariales, los aumentos salariales individuales, los aumentos al reincorporarse de la baja por maternidad y la presencia de mujeres entre los puestos mejor remunerados.<\/p>\n<p><b>Resultados del a\u00f1o 2026:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Albig\u00e8s: 95\/100<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Tecnolog\u00eda de piscinas: 82 \/ 100<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Estos resultados,\u00a0<b>ambos superiores al umbral reglamentario de 75 puntos<\/b>, ponen de manifiesto la atenci\u00f3n que prestan las empresas del Grupo Nextpool a la igualdad profesional y a la igualdad salarial.<\/p>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Las empresas <strong>ALBON<\/strong> y <strong>ASPOOL<\/strong> <\/span>no pueden publicar \u00edndices para el a\u00f1o 2026, ya que el n\u00famero de empleados de determinadas categor\u00edas profesionales es insuficiente para permitir el c\u00e1lculo de los indicadores de conformidad con las normas establecidas en la normativa.<\/p>\n<p>El Grupo Nextpool mantiene su firme compromiso con un proceso de mejora continua en materia de igualdad profesional entre hombres y mujeres y sigue
