elementor-size-default\">Elk jaar berekent en publiceert de Nextpool-groep onze resultaten op het gebied van gelijke beloning.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In overeenstemming met de regelgeving publiceren de bedrijven van de Nextpool-groep elk jaar hun index voor gendergelijkheid op de werkvloer.<\/p>\n<p>Deze index, die wordt uitgedrukt in 100 punten, wordt berekend op basis van verschillende indicatoren, met name met betrekking tot loonverschillen, individuele loonsverhogingen, loonsverhogingen bij terugkeer uit zwangerschapsverlof en de vertegenwoordiging van vrouwen onder de hoogste inkomens.<\/p>\n<p>Resultaten voor het jaar 2026:<\/p>\n<p>Albig\u00e8s: 95 \/ 100<br \/>Pool Technologie: 82 \/ 100<br \/>Deze resultaten, die beide hoger liggen dan de wettelijke drempel van 75 punten, getuigen van de aandacht die de bedrijven van de Nextpool-groep besteden aan gendergelijkheid op het werk en loongelijkheid.<\/p>\n<p>De bedrijven ALBON en ASPOOL kunnen geen index voor het jaar 2026 publiceren, aangezien het personeelsbestand in bepaalde beroepscategorie\u00ebn onvoldoende is om de indicatoren te berekenen in overeenstemming met de regels van de regelgeving.<\/p>\n<p>De Nextpool-groep blijft zich volledig inzetten voor een proces van voortdurende verbetering op het gebied van professionele gelijkheid tussen mannen en vrouwen en blijft haar praktijken verder
